Newness
My new view. Looking out onto some old building across (I really must find out what it is) across from my new place in Dublin city. Phone line in, broadband soon to be ordered (as soon as eircom find their arse with both hands), TV’s sorted, can now walk to work (in 15 mins) and the rent isn’t crippling. It’s nice to start a new year with a positive outlook, despite those who would seek to taint it. Happy 2009 everyone! (Oh, and this is my 100th post! Woo!)

You\'re in Dublin now!? Did I miss an announcement along the way or did you sneak in 😀

Welcome (even though I live in Wicklow I still consider myself a Dubliner).

Cheers Claire, I moved myself over the busy Christmas period while everyone was looking elsewhere 😀 Hopefully being up here will mean I miss about 65% less photoblogger meetups!

Oh! You moved to Dublin! I assumed it was localler.

Now you get cheesecake come cheesecake season!

  7. ryan says:

best news ever Jo… we\'ll have to setup a situation whereby I get paid in cheesecake for taking some family portraits for you 🙂

That sounds brilliant, but you\'d have to eat lot of cheesecake! And then you\'d get fat. My mother used to make them commercially and the before and after photos of my father are alarming 🙂
She said sometimes she\'d drop them ocming out of the oven, and they\'d eat them still warm, still fluffy and light, it was easy to get through a whole one! And then, twenty ounces ofcream cheese would set in their stomachs… ee!

I choose to take that as a personal challenge!
